1. Introduction
Welcome to Bella Event and Furniture Hire. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including furniture and event hire. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking and Payments
2.1 All bookings require a deposit to secure the rental items. The remaining balance must be paid before the event date.
2.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A confirmed booking will retain the agreed price.
2.3 Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Delivery and Collection
3.1 Delivery and pickup fees are applicable based on location and rental items.
3.2 The client must ensure someone is available to receive and return the hired items at the agreed time.

4. Care and Responsibility
4.1 The client is responsible for all hired items from delivery until collection. Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged accordingly.
4.2 All furniture and décor must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition as received.

5. Liability
5.1 Bella Event and Furniture Hire is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred from the use of our rental items.
5.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions and traffic.

6. Force Majeure
6.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
